Heating Instructions

Keep refrigerated until ready to heat.

  1. Remove lid and cut a 1 inch slit in the center of the film. Some water on top of the grits is expected.
  2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes
  3. Carefully remove hot tray from microwave, pull off film and stir with a fork
  4. Continue heating for an additional 2 minutes and stir well with a fork
  5. Let stand for 2 minutes prior to serving


Caution: Grits and tray will be HOT!

Always cook this product to 160⁰F prior to serving. Microwave temperature may vary: adjust heating time accordingly. Instructions based on 1100 watt microwave. Refrigerate unused portion. Use within 3 days of opening.
